This site is a group directory and placeholder. Orlando West Property Group is being formed and is planned for incorporation in 2027. It is not a fully operating company yet.
Central Florida · property care
Orlando West Property Group is a forming Central Florida umbrella for SafeNest Florida, a video home watch service for vacant and snowbird homes in west Orange County, and for the Orlando West brands that introduce homeowners to licensed local trades. Incorporation is planned for 2027. This site is a directory — a shell, not a fully operating company.
Homeowners request a visit or a match on the brand site, not here.
Two pillars
One group, two kinds of work. Neither is a national franchise. Both are meant to stay local, licensed, and honest about what they are.
Crown jewel
Recurring vacant and snowbird video home watch — scheduled visits and a same-day recording for the owner. Victoria is the public face of SafeNest. This is the practice the group is built around — not a one-off handyman call.
Trade brands
Matching introductions to licensed Central Florida operators for pool, HVAC, soft wash, lawn, irrigation, cleaning, and pest. The sites introduce work. They do not pretend the group does the trade work itself, and they are not a call centre.
Directory
Each name links out to its own site. SafeNest keeps its own name; trade brands keep Orlando West in the title.
