Pete and Victoria
Pete and Victoria are building the group together: a home-watch practice under SafeNest Florida, and a family of trade brands that make matching introductions to licensed local operators. Victoria is the public face of SafeNest. Pete works across the group and the Orlando West trade sites.
The work is meant to stay close to the homes it serves — Central Florida, not a national roll-up story. There is no franchise pitch here, and no claim that the group is already a finished operating company.

Homeowners request a visit or a match on the brand site, not on this directory.
