A careful start, in one region.
Orlando West Property Group is a forming Central Florida property-care group. Incorporation is planned for 2027. This page is a short account of who is building it — not a company brochure for a firm that already exists in full.
Pete and Victoria
Pete and Victoria are building the group together: a home-watch practice under SafeNest Florida, and a family of trade brands that point homeowners toward licensed local operators. Victoria is the public face of SafeNest. Pete works across the group and the Orlando West trade sites.
The work is meant to stay close to the homes it serves — Central Florida, not a national roll-up story. There is no franchise pitch here, and no claim that the group is already a finished operating company.
What this umbrella is
SafeNest is recurring home watch for vacant houses, snowbird seasons, and owners who want a scheduled presence at the property. The Orlando West trade brands are simple introductions for pool, pest, soft wash, lawn, HVAC, cleaning, and irrigation.
The group is due to be incorporated in 2027. Until then, this site is a shell: a brand directory, a short story, and a way to get in touch. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for the operating sites linked from the directory.
