How it works
Plain English, no invented numbers.
Two paths sit under this umbrella. One is recurring home watch. The other is a set of simple
trade sites that introduce work to licensed local operators. Neither publishes traction
metrics it has not earned.
Home watch, on a schedule.
If you need a regular eye on a vacant or seasonal home, that is SafeNest: visits you can
plan around, a look through the property, and a clear note back. It is not a one-off
handyman call, and it is not an emergency dispatch desk.
Introductions, not a call center.
The trade sites collect what a homeowner needs and match that request to a local licensed
operator. They are lead introductions for a craft — pool, pest, soft wash, lawn, HVAC,
cleaning, irrigation — not a promise that a branded van is already in every driveway.
For homeowners
Choose the brand that matches the job. SafeNest is for ongoing presence at a house that
would otherwise sit quiet. The Orlando West trade sites are for a specific service. You
leave a request on that brand’s own site; a licensed local operator follows up. This group
directory does not take quotes, and it does not list a phone number.
For licensed trades
Each Orlando West trade site is a focused introduction for that craft. As the group forms —
incorporation planned 2027 — licensed Central Florida operators can
partner to receive those introductions. Fit matters more than volume. We do not publish
lead counts we have not earned, and we will not invent a coverage map.
Partner with us
A conversation about fit, not a pitch deck.
If you run a licensed pool, pest, wash, lawn, HVAC, cleaning, or irrigation company in the
Orlando West corridor and want to talk about working under — or alongside — these brands,
write to us. There is no promised lead volume and no franchise kit. Just a plain discussion
about whether the work and the geography make sense.
