Orlando West Property Group works in two ways: SafeNest Florida runs scheduled video home watch for vacant and snowbird homes, and Orlando West brands introduce homeowners to licensed local trades. Incorporation of the group is planned for 2027. This directory does not take bookings or trade quotes. Homeowners use the brand form on the relevant site. Licensed contractors who want to talk about fit can use the contact form — no promised volume.
Orlando West trades
One exclusive introduction.
Each trade brand makes one exclusive introduction to a licensed local operator for that craft — pool, HVAC, soft wash, lawn, irrigation, cleaning, or pest. Request a match on the brand site. The group does not do the trade work itself.
What happens when a homeowner requests a match
- The homeowner sends a request on the trade brand site: service, city or ZIP, and notes. No street address is needed at first.
- The brand reads it and checks the service and area fit.
- One independent local provider is introduced for that trade, someone who already works that part of west Orange or south Lake.
- The provider confirms scope, price and schedule directly with the homeowner, who decides whether to go ahead.
Checking a provider
The brands do not hold licenses. Verify any contractor at myfloridalicense.com (DBPR); pest control operators are licensed by FDACS. Where no state license applies, ask for a local business tax receipt and proof of insurance.

West Orange County and south Lake County, Florida: Winter Garden, Horizon West, Hamlin, Waterleigh, Windermere, Ocoee, Oakland, Stoneybrook West, Clermont and Minneola. Lawn and HVAC also cover Kissimmee.
How should a homeowner check a provider?
Verify any contractor license at myfloridalicense.com (DBPR). Pest control licenses are issued by FDACS under Chapter 482, Florida Statutes. For trades with no state license, such as lawn care, cleaning and soft washing, ask for a local business tax receipt and proof of insurance.
